The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vimal @ Bachcha with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2007, under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Anti Social Aliment (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Nagla Khangar, District Firozabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was enlarged on bail in the year 2007 and he attended the trial up to the year 2012, thereafter, the case was transferred from Agra to Firozabad and the applicant did not came to know about same.
