There are allegations against the applicant of making an attempt on the life of injured. Counsel for the applicant submits that five incised wounds were caused on the different parts of body of injured. However, no internal damage was found by the doctor. The applicant alleges false implication in this case on account of petty dispute. There was no intention of applicant to cause the murder of injured. The applicant is in jail since 12.08.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, larger mandate of
