The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sanjay Pal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2020, under Sections- 302, 147, 148, 34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Jahanganj, District- Azamgarh. The applicant has been assigned main role for shooting the deceased to death. Counsel for the applicant has submits that subsequently in the statement of Shailendra Yadav, role of firing has been assigned to another co-accused, Punit @ Subham along with applicant. Learned A.G.A has pointed out that the applicant has criminal history of 6 cases and even if two persons are alleged to have fired, there are three wounds of entry and two wounds of exit.
