This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Nattha Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 450 of 2024, under Sections 39 (3), 49 (B), 51 Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, Police Station- C.B. Ganj, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.09.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Aditya @ Vikram, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40637 of 2024, copy of the bail order
