The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Lalu Ram, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 249 of 2024, under Sections- 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cows Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Narahi, District- Ballia, during pendency of trial. The are allegations of transportation of live animals against the applicant. Counsel for the applicant submits that mere transportation does not amounts to any offence. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive. No offence under Sections U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 has been committed by him warranting punishm
