Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2024, under Sections 452, 323, 376(3), 354Kha, 341 of IPC, Section 4(2), 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Aliganj, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by hitting her by a danda on her head.
