The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vishal Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 16/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC and section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Gahmar, District- Ghazipur, during pendency of trial. Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim is although minor, but she has admitted eloping with the applicant on her own sweet will and going to different places.
