The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonu Ansari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 25/2024, under Sections 366, 376 and 304 of IPC, Police Station - Lohta, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction and rape of daughter of the informant aged about 20 years. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the daughter of the informant was found in badly injured condition and, thereafter, taken to her house and got treated. Even after treatment, she could not be saved and she died. The post mortem has been conducted after extricating her body after burial of the dead body.
