Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 registered at Police Station-Shikohabad, District-Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that he has been falsely roped under the Gangsters Act on the basis of the base cases shown in the gang chart. It has further been stated that the applicant has already been released on bail in the base cases and has explained his criminal history with 23 cases in his supplementary affidavit dated 16.02.2025.
