The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 113 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Kakod, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown persons with regard to murder of grand mother of the applicant and during investigation after about six months on the basis of Narco Test of the applicant he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, Narco Test report has been annexed at page- 164 of the paper-book and from the report, it reflects, response of the applicant was found deceptive and inconclusive. He next submits, merely on the basis of such report it cannot be said that applicant involved in the present crime
