Learned A.G.A informs that notice has been served on opposite party no. 2 but no one appears on his behalf. Counsel for the applicant submits that though the implication of the applicant was made under Sections 376, 120-B, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act but his bail application has been rejected under Sections- 506 IPC read with Section 5/6 of POCSO Act only. He has submitted that no overt role was assigned to the applicant. He was only standing on the place of incident. The main allegation has been made against co-accused, Amit, for committing the offence of rape. Hence, counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. P.W.-1 has been examined before the trial court who has also not m
