The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103, 352, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 24.08.2024 against applicant and four others and according to the FIR due to the previous dispute, on 23.08.2024 applicant and other accused persons made assault upon the son of the informant due to which he sustained serious injuries. 5.
