Counsel for the applicant submits that the main allegation of committing the offence of cheating and breach of trust are against co-accused, Sudhir Kumar Goyal. The applicant is employee of co-accused and therefore his cheques were used by co-accused and he has been implicated in this case falsely because of conduct of co-accused. The applicant is in jail since 20.04.2024 and has criminal history of 11 cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
