Subsequently the applicant and co- accused, Ramdeen, were caught by the police in another case of police party firing and all were implicated in this case. Counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused, Ramdeen and Aman Kumar Lodhi, have already been enlarged on bail by this court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 36899 of 2024 and 37165 of 2024. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 28.06.2024 and has criminal history of three cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
