The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rahul Sharma Alias Sonu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 541 of 2022, under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act & Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station Khair, District- Aligarh during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case, in which, he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from one case, the applicant has criminal history of eight cases explained in supplementary affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
