The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abul Kaish @ Kaish Mohammad @ Irshad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2024, under section 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Deogaon, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Dilchain Alias Aadil, has been granted bail by this Court on 23.9.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.32978 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
