The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Shreedhar Prasad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2018, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in four criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from four cases, the applicant has criminal history of 178 more cases explained in paragraph No.10 of the affidavit in support of the bail application.
