The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anuj Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 363 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bhongaon, District Mainpuri during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Vimal Rajpoot and Vivek Kumar have been granted bail by this Court on 07.04.2025 & 11.04.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.36809 of 2024 and 35790 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
