This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Yasir, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0188 of 2012, under Sections 9, 39, 49 and 51 of Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, Police Station Hazaratnagar, District Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.12.2024. He has no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence in case of release on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the incident took place on 24.09.2012 and its site plan was prepared on 14.10.2012 after delay of 20 days. It is submitted
