There are allegations against the applicant that he impersonating the candidate of CTET July, 2024 examination.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case.The applicant is in jail since 7.7.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
