There is allegation against the applicant of transportation of live animals. Some animals are alleged to have died but no number has been specified. Counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. Applicant is owner of vehicle and not driver. He was not arrested on spot. The applicant is in jail since 04.03.2024 and has criminal history of 17 cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
