The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dinesh Pathak Alias Chandramohan Pathak, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.546 of 2023; under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 IPC and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of two injured.
