The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satindra Pal Alias Sonu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 445 of 2024, under Sections- 317(2), 317(5), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Tanda, District- Rampur during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Nadeem, has been granted bail by this Court on 20.3.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.46219 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused.
