Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Madhav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 352 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad. There are allegations against the applicant of recovery of 190 kg of ganja from the possession of two persons including the applicant. Total 95 bundles kept in 8 packets were recovered but the sample was not drawn as per the rules. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
