Act, P.S.- Sigra, District- Varanasi, pendency of trial. There is allegation of recovery of 440 gm of mefdran powder from the possession of applicant. Counsel for the applicant has pointed out to the counter affidavit of learned A.G.A wherein the F.S.L report has given report regarding the sample recovered. No definite opinion has been given about the content of sample. The applicant alleges false implication in this case.
