Act, Police Station- Unj, District- Bhadohi. There is allegation against the applicant that he was found in possession of 200 kg of ganja. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
