Act, Police Station Bhoganipur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Umesh Yadav, has been granted bail by this Court today in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.32984 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused.
