Arshad Kuraishi @ Chhotu, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 465 of 2024, under Section 3(1), 2(b)1 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Jahanaganj, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. According to the gang chart the applicant no.1 is said to has been involved in one criminal case and applicant no.2 is said to have been involved in one case wherein they are on bail. The applicant s allege false implication in the present case due to police rivalry. They are languishing in jail since 31.8.2024.The applicants have no criminal history of 20 cases to their credit.
