The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sahib Alias Mohd Saib, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 178 of 2024, under Sections 377, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the unnatural offence against minor boy. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, victim as well as informant have been examined. They have been declared hostile.
