Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 555 of 2024, U/S 65(I) B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim and committed rape with her on 21.7.2024 at about 1.30 am. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is true that the victim was minor, i.e. about 15
