The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajvendra Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.283 of 2024, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506, IPC, and section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There is allegations against the applicant that he made attempt on the life of the injured and caused the injuries on him. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the injuries suffered by the injured was not grievous in nature and were simple injuries.
