On query, why details of CCTV footage has not been mentioned in the case diary, Sri Shilesh Kumar, S.H.O. stated that as on that date informant was not present at the police station, therefore, he could not note down the details of CCTV footage, however, he submitted vide Parcha No.15 of the case diary dated 06.04.2025 he made a detailed description of the CCTV footage in presence of the informant. 3. The explanation provided by Sri Shilesh Kumar, S.H.O. appears to be sufficient and is accepted. 4.
