By means of this application, the applicant, Rahul Kushwaha, who is involved in Case Crime No. 44 of 2024, under Section 8-B/20 N.D.P.S. Act and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Jaswantnagar, District- Etawah and is in jail since 24.03.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Abhilash Singh, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 10.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32424 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Abhilash Singh, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in the order of co- accused.
