This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Balram @ Jayram Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 499 of 2024 under Section 8/20/25/29/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Naini, District- Prayagraj. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29.8.2024 by the coordinate Bench of this court which is not available. There is allegation of recovery of 56.770 Kg. Ganja from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 56.770 Kg. Ganja and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery. He further submits that the mandatory provisions
