The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajesh @ Raju, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2024, under Sections 354, 452, 504, 506, 376 IPC, Police Station Sadabad, District- Hathras, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of outraging the modesty of the victim after entering into her house and also threatening. Subsequently, implication under Section 376 IPC was made. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that victim is related to the applicant as daughter-in-law of his cousin.
