This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Gyana Ranjan @ Gyana Ranjan Bagh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 86 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Jahanabad, District- Fatehpur. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of 150 Kg. of Ganja. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
