Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 328, 420 of I.P.C. and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sachendi, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is ready to marry the victim as it is agreed between the parties. The victim is major although her age has been suppressed and she has been shown to be 17 years old. There is no crimina
