Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application. Counter-affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pravesh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 172 of 2024, under Sections 354-B, 354C, 506 of IPC and 9I/10 of POCSO Act, and section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station - Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl and posting her incriminating photographs on u-tube, facebook, etc. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the counter-affidavit filed by State, no evidence has been brought on rec
