There is allegation in the F.I.R that absconding of applicant from the trial of about two years. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant suffered injuries in fire accident therefore he could not appear before the trial court. Discharge sheet of hospital of applicant has been brought on record. The applicant is in jail since 23.07.2024 and has criminal history of 11 cases to his credit.
