This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shiv Narayan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 771 of 2024, under Section 60 (1) of U.p. Excise Act and Section 274 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Bilari, District Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report has been lodged on 21.12.2024 with the allegation that on an information of the informer the police party raided the place of incident and arrested the applicant and recovered four li
