No. 57/2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 51/2024, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 363, 376 of IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District- Sambhal (Chandausi) during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl besides other offences.
