By means of this application, the applicant, Najim, who is involved in Case Crime No. 332 of 2024, under Section 8/18/21 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Kasganj, District- Kasganj and is in jail since 21.05.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Abdul Rahman @ Lariv, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 8.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25921 of 2024.
