This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Chhotu Bind @ Kamlakar Bind, who is involved in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Section 8/20, 29/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of 504 Kg. of Ganja. Sample was taken on the spot not before the Magistrate. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
