By means of this application, the applicants, Anil and Arjun, who are involved in Case Crime No.252 of 2024 under Sections 109, 324(4), 351(3), 352, 190, 191(2), 191(3) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur and are in jail since 28.07.2024 are seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that similarly placed co-accused, Jaswant, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37512 of 2024.
