Heard Sri Saurabh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Manav Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2002, under Sections 147, 148, 302, 149 IPC, Police Station- Rajpura, District- Budaun, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that however, present case is of the year 2002 but it is a case in which, after investigation, no charge sheet was filed against the applicants and applicants were summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. He further submitted that even from the FIR, it reflects that principal accused of the case was co-accused Lala Ram.
