This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Guddu Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 08 of 2024, under Sections- 8(C)/20/23/25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Sonauli, District- Maharajganj. 3. There are allegations against the applicant that on prior information a car was intercepted and on the driving seat one, Nabi Hasan, was found by team of N.C.B. On the back seat of the car two ladies and the applicant were found to be sitting. The driver admitted that in the secret place in his car he has hidden charas.
