The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, - Deepak @ Rameshwar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 452, 307, 323, 506 of IPC and section 4/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station- Baldev, District- Mathura, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of making attempt on the life of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the injury has been caused in the stomach of injured, but there is no internal damage.
