The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raghubar Sahani, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.110 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 458, 506 IPC, 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station Parsamalik, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he tried to commit the offence of rape against the victim and also took away her mobile phone.
