The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0116 of 2024, under Sections 140(3), 103, 238 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Kachhawa, District Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with co-accused Ashish Maurya but it is a case of accidental death and admittedly informant did not witness the real incident. 5.
