Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Akash, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2022, under Sections 366, 376, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Fatehabad, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as per the report of C.M.O., the age of the victim is 17 years.
